San Antonio's Homestyle Italian Kitchen
Casa Mía Italian Restaurant
Fresh-made pastas, wood-fired pizza, and Caesar dressing crafted from scratch — a chef's-kiss dinner every time you visit.
Our Story
A Little Slice of Italy on Rigsby Ave
Tucked into a quiet strip center on the south side of San Antonio, Casa Mía doesn't look like much from the parking lot — and that's exactly the surprise our guests love. Step inside and you'll find a spacious, warmly lit dining room with a genuine neighborhood-trattoria feel, where the kitchen makes everything from scratch, right down to the Caesar dressing and the toasted bread that lands on your table before the meal even begins.
We opened a little over a year ago with one goal: bring honest, homestyle Italian cooking to our corner of the city. That means classic staples like fettuccine Alfredo, chicken parmesan, and hand-tossed pizza sitting alongside signature dishes like our Casa Mía shrimp and shrimp Fra Diavolo. Fresh cracked pepper and shaved Parmigiano at the table, generous portions, and a menu built for guests looking for both comfort-food classics and a few lighter, low-carb options.
Above all, we're proud of the people who make it happen — servers like Anthony and John Paul who guests still ask for by name, and a kitchen crew that treats every plate, from a simple bowl of tomato soup to a full seafood dinner, like it's the only one going out that night. Come hungry, stay a while, and let us take care of you.

What Our Guests Are Saying
"What a knockout place! Don't be fooled by the outside — it's super cute on the inside and the staff is very friendly. Everything we ordered was divine... I don't know what all they make from scratch, but I do know they make their delicious Caesar dressing from scratch."
"Casa Mia has quickly become one of my go-to Italian restaurants in San Antonio! The service is excellent, and I appreciate the small touches, such as being offered fresh pepper and fresh Parmigiano at the table."
"The quality of the food was outstanding with the best tomato soup as a starter... I will absolutely recommend this restaurant as the food is noted to be top notch, tasty, and plated perfectly."
"The food is all freshly made, not from frozen, you can taste how fresh it is... The calamari was perfectly cooked, not chewy, perfect batter and texture. The portions are large and definitely worth the price."
"When you enter it is obviously an Italian restaurant, and a very nice one. The interior is very spacious, clean, and a chill vibe... Our server was phenomenal. Everything was taken care of in a very timely and professional manner."
